Examples of Job Interview Thank You Letters

All interview thank you letters will take on a similar format.  The main parts are:

  1. Reminder to the person of when you had an interview with them.
  2. State something memorable about the interviewer that is flattering of the interviewer and will remind them off the interview.
  3. If you feel it is needed, make one final assertion of your strengths for the position or address any remaining concerns about your candidacy.
